At BABYFACE, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange products within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and lightly used or unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place the beauty products in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
